Anyone else notice the absolute mess Heritage made on eBay?

Dozens of miscategorized auctions with wrong descriptions & pics. If I was a big honcho there I'd be firing someone.

Bob Marino handled most of their ebay stuff not long go. Maybe someone else has the gig now. Funny, that I went through all the slabs tonight and didnt' see any seated halves from Heritage.

Hey, at least they got the correct picture (if you can make it out) with that 1837 half dime. The 1792 half disme listed looks strangely like an 1878-S Trade Dollar:

Michael, I'd bet these are not consignments but house coins picked up a blue sheet type prices at shows, etc. Routine product in holders looking for homes. It would be nice if you could see what the coin looked like before bidding.

I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

There might be some truth to this comment. At least as far as Mercs are concerned. Most of the better dates are in 5XXXX holders. Also some stuff is in 3XXXX and 9XXXXX holders. These are terribly overgraded coins, in general, that reside in these holders.

You can probably buy them for very little because in essence you're just buying a piece of plastic.

eBay has acknowledged that the posting of our Palm Beach auction was done incorrectly on their part. They are working on fixing it on their end.

In the meantime, we'd like to invite you to see all the lots in this auction on our website, www.HeritageCoins.com. Here, the lots are posted in proper order with the correct images. Also, if you win a lot by bidding through our site (or anywhere other than on eBay) you will pay 5% less in buyer's premium than if you win the lot through eBay.
    Sincerely,

    Stewart Huckaby

I dunno. There's a 35-S Buffalo that has a BIN of $700 or bid start at $625. There own price guide has it at $470.

There are pages and pages, under Barber halves, that are all screwed up (wrong image with the description).
