I haven't bought anything lately, but both the 1837 halfdime and the SLQ in the posts above are awsome examples of what I like.

Alas, not able to provide pics at the moment, but I did find a 1964 Accented Hair Kennedy proof set for $8. The coin looks high grade - no cameo, and no pointed nine dime. Also found a nice 1952 proof set with a Franklin that might cameo at NGC (not PCGS) and with a nice Superbird quarter - for $260.

LeeG, that is an awesome SLQ. My weekend purchases fall into the same category as Cladiator's. He got the good stuff, though.

No pic's here ( some day I will learn ) but got a real nice PCGS MS65 1969 D Kennedy, a PCGS MS65 1965 Kennedy from a board member and a Kennedy PCGS sample slab its number 7 on the web site ran by Cameron. Got it for free from a dealer here that knows I collect Kennedys. Not a bad weekend at all. 11 more kennedys to go in my set !!!!!!!

This will be the crown jewel of my low-end Morgan dollar mint mark type set. I've looked for several years for a 1921-D, but haven't found anything within 20 grade points of this little gem!

    one-of-a-kind 1921-D
    When in doubt, don't.

Thanks for the show everybody! I liked them all except for Dennis' Morgan. Sorry Dennis! I know some of those low grade coins can be hard to come by, but they just aren't my cup of tea.
