A Navy "Bravo Zulu" to Rob Joyce
I have, for some few years now, put aside those 21-D Morgan's that
have caught my eye; mostly due to myriad die cracks.
Being too lazy, actually too cheap, to buy Rob's book, I recently
imposed myself upon Rob to look over some 10 of them, having
more obvious die cracks.
I also wanted to see if any might be worth the new VAM attribution
fee, and perhaps even the recent picture service offered by PCGS.
This evening I received Rob's attributions, and opinions. I am super
pleased with the results, and certainly indebted, more than I can
express, to Rob for his time and effort.
I just wanted to let the forum know of a fellow forum member
support, and of his caring and interest, in lowly fledgling Morgan collectors as myself.
Thanks Rob, very much!
Oh... One of the gals will be mentioned in Rob's next edition of "Fun with 21" as an uncommon, common, VAM-1Q.
And, I guess, the best of all, Rob identified another as a VAM-1AS.
I am as excited, if not more, than the first time I dove my first boat.

Congrats on your results!
I'm always happy to help folks out where I can. Wish I had more time to study, publish and . I'm a firm believer in getting the most VAM knowedge possible out there as it helps the hobby. I've watched folks enter the VAM niche and then start contributing things I learn from. I also get a little good will where I can ask questions like this one on areas way outside my specialty!
