Here's another seller who loves to keyword spam by including PCGS in the title of many of his non-PCGS listings. I have reported him to Ebay, but as of yet, they have done nothing.

I doubt that anything will come of reporting this seller for this infraction as he is generating too much in fees.

BASED ON EXPERIENCE-you all are probably wasting your reporting and it makes future reporting from your ebay name less effective.
