Question about PCGS grading...

Does PCGS grade Morgan dollars that have been cleaned and has a few bag marks on the reverse? The answer may be on their site, but I could not find it yet. Thanks for any help.

    It depends on the extent of the cleaning.

    If they are obviously cleaned and not "market acceptable", then the answer is no.

    Collector since 1976. On the CU forums here since 2001.
