Is anyone going to the Westchester County Coin Club Show on October 19th

Jon Lerner from Scarsdale Coin gave me a flier for this show when I met him at the White Plains show last week. It looks like it is a coin show hosted by the Westchester County Coin Club on October 19th from 7-9 PM. I don't know how large it is, but the information states that there will be 25 tables. I've never been to one of these before, but the flier says it's the second year that the show has been held. Did anyone attend last year, and is it worthwhile to go?

Directions:

Take Hutchinson River Parkway to Exit 22 (same directions from either direction on Hutch)

Get off exit #22 marked Mamaroneck Road - Scarsdale

Make a right turn onto Mamaroneck Road

Go 1.3 miles on Mamaroneck Road and make a right turn on Palmer

go 1 block down Palmer....School/St Pius X is on Left....make left turn on Ramsey

enter there...we will have security and traffic guides directing you for parking etc....

Unfortunately I will not be able to attend tonight's show. Does anyone know if there will be future shows like this? The lineup of dealers looks pretty good, especially some board members.

Sorry if we miss you tonight......future plans look very good....the club intends to make the big move next year to a large hotel hall....the Show will become a full day Sat show with many more dealers....we hope to have next year between 20 - 40 dealers... last year and this year show was just getting the clubs feet wet.....response has been very positive and we look forward to a nice turnout this evening....

Cool show. There was a YN setup as a dealer. He had some very nice stuff. I purchased many items from him including 3 very nice certified commems.

PS: Watch out for that YN (he was the PCGS grading champ last year) he's going to replace all us old guys LOL

Of all coin collectors, I should have gone but I couldn't make it. The show location is a mere 3 miles from where I got my start as a young collector in 1960!
