  Many dealers submit to PCGS and NGC (and others). This thread is not necessarily off-topic. Maybe I should have just been vague and asked for a Buffalo dealer that deals in certified coins...

  Don Rupp, aka "ajaan" on the World Coin Forum, is from Buffalo.

  That Richard Nachbar guy, the guy who advertises a lot in Numismatic News is based near Buffalo. I guess it wouldn't hurt to give him a try.

  join the collectors club at ngc and submit them yourself this is your best smartest way to go
