Hi, everyone. I just got word that Superior who is a Trusted Merchant at Overstock.com Auctions is going to be having a coin hoard auction beginning next Tues. Oct 11.
Here is some of the coins that will be included: 1972 Eisenhower United states Proof Dollar in Case; The Americana Series "The Presidents"; 1963 $5 FRN; 1953 $5 FRN; 1957 $1 Silver Cert; 1oz Silver Commem; Bicent Proof Set; 1oz Silver Proof Commem; Large collection of US Foreign (range of Morgan's, Barber coinage, Buffalo Nickels, BU Rolls, Standing Lib Quarter, Steel Cents, ect); Bahamas Commem; 1979 Mint Set; $43 Face value of 40% Silver; $36 Face value 90% Silver Raw; Sack of 119 Australian Pennies & Half Pennies Dating back to WWI; Gold Coins: 1912 $5 Indian Head; 1912 $2.5 Indian Head; 1912 $2.5 Indian Head; 1892 $10 Liberty Head XF/AU; 1914-D $2.5 Indian Head; 1904 $20 Liberty Head; 1899 $10 Liberty Head; 1911 $2.5 Indian Head; 1904-S $20 Liberty Head XF; 1891-S $20 Liberty Head; 1880 $5 Liberty Head.
From what I understand, bidding starts at $1 NR. The value of this collection is supposed to be well over $10,000 (not on NGC or PCGS). Superior is an Overstock Trusted Merchant as well, so people can bid safely. I just wanted to let everyone know because it seems like a sweet deal

From whom did you get word? Your boss?

Apropos of the coin posse/aka caca: "The longer he spoke of his honor, the tighter I held to my purse."
New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.

I'd give you the world, just because...
Speak to me of loved ones, favorite places and things, loves lost and gained, tears shed for joy and sorrow, of when I see the sparkle in your eye ...
and the blackness when the dream dies, of lovers, fools, adventurers and kings while I sip my wine and contemplate the Chi.
In some cases the coin pictured is not the same as the coin delivered. It is always the same grade, service and value.
This thread should be deleted and PrettyPenny should be BANNED!
You only mentioned it twice in your 15th spam post. By the way, Overstock.com still sucks

Geez you guys are rough. This is just a new collector, trying to stear you guys away from what I think is YOUR FORUM SPAMMING AND SH*T: Discussing low grade Barbers (the ugliest coin from the U.S. Mint), and Ebay offerings.

Well spoken Lloyd. Nothing like a "collector" ( I use the term very loosely) who uses a gold bullion coin as his icon bagging real collectors. Go bullion! I guess your the type of guy who likes easy to find coins all shiny and fresh from the mint. Maybe your a "hoard collector" who knows? This forum is dedicated to talking about "low grade Barbers" and is not a spam board for L@@k here, big Hoard.
Lloyd's just being a chain yanking dick.

Wasn't it Fred Sanford who mixed Champagne and Ripple and got Champipple?
Maybe I should change my icon. Never really thought much of it. But then when I open my big mouth again, will everyone know it's me???
Arco: It's not " Maybe YOUR a...", it is " Maybe YOU ARE a...". BTW, I'm not a collector. I am a COIN INVESTOR, and I only buy from SUPERIOR on E-Bay. I KNOW WHAT I'M DOING!!!!!!!!!!
Russ: Bad Boy. No check for you.
