I hope you guys didn't cheat by looking at my listings....
<< <i>I say it's a 41C, although are there definitely VAM 41A coins that don't have a clash? >>
There seems to be a great deal of confusion on the 41, 41A, 41B & 41C. The VAM book makes no mention of a clash on the 41A. The revised update at ashmore.com does not mention a clash on the 41A. However, the photos which are labeled as VAM 41A at ashmore.com clearly show die clash. Not only that, but the photo is actually labeled "VAM 41A clashed n & G". The clash in the photo is certainly not of the n & G, it is of the In. So I am inclined to believe that the photos are in error, or at least the labels on the photos.
I probably have over a dozen different clashed die Morgans listed on eBay including two of my own discoveries. Please feel welcome to cruise my listings, check out the photos and detailed descriptions. I can assure you, no salesman will bother you.

<< <i>what does the reverse look like >>
Interestingly, there are no clash marks on the reverse because the mint workers filed them away. But for another hint, it looks a little like this...
