NCS squared me away today and made it right
I just received my 4 coins that I shipped to NCS. There was only one problem they sent them over to NGC for coffinization, which my invoice clearly stated to conserve and return without coffinization. I wanted these coins for my Dansco albums. To make a long story short I called NCS and they refunded me via credit for 4 coin gradings. Has this ever happened to anyone else dealing with PCGS or NGC?
By the way the coins and grades were:
1976-s Ike T2 PR69UC
1964 AH Kennedy PR67
1957-d Washington MS-66
1964-d Washington MS-65

<< <i>May I ask why you sent them to NCS if you were not going to encapsulate them? >>
He said so in his post -- he wanted them for his Dansco album. Last I checked, NGC slabs didn't fit into those little holes
By the way, NCS did a great job on my test pieces. They can really work miracles on some coins.
