2 Teletrade grading mistakes for me in 1 auction

It is hard to beleive but in 1 Teletrade auction in which I won 8 coins there were grading mistakes on 2 coins. One small on against me and a fairly large one for me. I called and told them and they said to keep the on for me and I could send back the one against me (but I'm not going to). The one against me is a 82 Washington half listed as PCGS PR69DCAM but the holder only says PR69. Obviously this is also a PCGS mistake because the coin is at least a CAM. The one in my favor is a 02 West Point listed as 69DCAM but is actually 70DCAM. Have not checked any prices but it looks like this is a fairly good deal for $38.

Yeah, that's a flaw in the teletrade system. When viewing the listings in close-up or DjVu setting, you don't actually see the slab label unless you manually switch to standard mode on each coin. Oh well. It sounds like teletrade stepped up to the plate and did the right thing and you'll come out ahead.

Wonder how that works out for the consignor.

New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.

I called Teletrade and offered to return the coin but was told not to. He said that PCGS would take care of the cosigner and not to worry. I still said to contact me if it was a problem and I would do the correct thing and return it.

PCGS has graded 71 West Point's at PR70CAM so it is hardly rare. However the PCGS price list has it at $500. Guess I can say things like I own the "FINEST KNOWN" image and "REGISTRY SET COIN" image.

Also how did PCGS leave DCAM off the Washington when it clearly is?

Oh, now I understand your first post, and why your title says grading mistake rather than listing mistake. You're saying the listing was a mistake because it reads pr69dcam, but the slab reads pr69, and you also think pcgs made a slab label mistake because you think the coin is at least cam. I see the Teletrade mistake, which is a mistake in the listing, but how do you know pcgs's grade is a mistake? Sorry if I'm missing something.

Well just look at the picture (I have not imaged it yet). The coin has as much cameo contrast as any of the 100 or so DCAM's I own. There is no way this coin is not at least a CAM and I'm sure it is a DCAM.

Whatever is going on, it sure sounds like you are being honest about it. Honesty puts and keeps people on top.
