So, today I hit a shop I haven't been to before and - for a change - actually found some stuff to buy!
This is my sixth 1967 Birthmark Die SMS Kennedy, but it is the first one I've ever found in a set, and I've searched a lot of sets. It was badly hazed; so bad in fact that it was tough to tell that it was the variety. A little TLC and it looks quite nice. Strong contrast, but not quite there for DCAM. Some hairlines in the fields, so it grades MS66CAM.
And some other stuff:
Excellent frost, but it lacks the mirror depth for DCAM. One of the cleanest in the cheek and jaw area that I've seen. Grades MS67CAM'ish.
Fabulous frost and mirrors. Very real shot at 69DCAM. (The planchet ticks in the upper reverse field might limit it, though).
Also a very real shot at 69DCAM. I've made a couple before that were just like this one.
Very pretty color, and unusual for this year, It's usually the 1970-S that tones up nicely. Probably grades PR67RB or so.

That Birthmark is a cool raw find.
and it sets us apart from practitioners and consultants. Gregor
Nice coin but it has a big dot on JFK's head.

Usually such birthmarks are on the skin. How come it's not called, "big piece of dandruff"?

What causes that mark on the head? A rusted spot on the die?
