Ok, well that SUCKS. I just bought a coin from them, paid with postal MO but no coin yet.
I've got a sick feeling that I've just been F<@#*D. I sure hope that coin arrives.
And to think, it would now cost me twice as much for the gas to drive up there to "recover" my money...
but seeing as there is an actual address and not just a PO Box, he he he. I'll guess I'll just recover my gas money, food & expenses too as long as I'm there.
My guess is that since he's been on eBay since 1998 he's on the old non-automatic billing system and he forgot to pay his seller's fees. You can screw people all day every day and not get NARU'd, but forget to pay eBay their money and they'll toast you quick.
Just FYI~ A NARU isn't always over a negative situation. I requested my own eBay ID be NARU'd a few months back when I suspected someone had gained access to my account (I might have logged in on a "fishing" link sent by e-mail scammers, the penalty for not paying attention to what you're doing and having multiple browser windows open at the same time )
After checking, closing and/or watching all accounts associated with my eBay, PayPal and affiliated credit/bank cards for a few months, changing the numbers or changing accounts altogether, I was finally reasonably certain nothing bad had (or would) happen, so I had eBay reinstate my ID.
He's on the "A" list. Last time he was NARU'd was from a dispute between a buyer and himself. He had even kept in contact during his NARU status. I would say you have nothing to worry about.
BTW, I NEVER permit eBay to deduct ANYTHING from the checking acct nor do they even get a chance to bill me because right when the clock strikes midnight on the day my fees become due I shoot over payment via PayPal. Always have.
<< <i>I see. Man, that ain't right. He's a good dude.

why mbcoins have been naru'd? Mike is an honest person whom Ive dealt with outside of ebay, never a problem.. I believe someone has been highjacking his pictures/account off ebay, this is his problem....

Yes, he's on my favorite sellers list- I just wonder why he's having trouble with ebay.....

You should be fine. This is a very honest and reputable seller. It's probably just a silly administrative thing.

Right on Russ, but don't you have to give eBay a credit card or a checking account number in order to be able to sell? I don't recall.

Now you do, but when Mike signed up you didn't have to.
