Full Bands on DIMERS

I have about 18 1969-d Rosie Dimes, arent you jealous. The top bands are struck well. Only a couple of the bottom bands look like they may be full. What exactly is considered full bands over there at PCGS headquarters. The lower bands on some are about 80% visable. Are these full bands? Please tell......

I've tried to get into Rosevelt Dimes on a couple occasions. For some reason I just can't retain interest in them....but the interest always comes back for a few fleeting moments. Very frustrating!
  • I read the article but not much information there. The only reason I ask is because I want to sell them, but dont know if any are full bands or not. 5 or so have lower visible bands, but not visible 100% across the torch, only about 80%. Is this a FB rosie or no?
