1882 Penny - How many different versions?

I have noticed a number of different "versions" of the 1982 penny. Zink, bronze, sm date, etc...

How many different types of 1982 pennies are there? How do I learn more about them? I seem to remember there are 8, but I could be wrong. PCGS.com prices only list one colum....

thanks!

You can buy them in complete assembled sets for a few dollars. I see them at shows from time to time.

  • I know they are not really worth anything (just a guess, I really only know what I see at pcgs.com prices) but I have 3 slabbed already, and thought I would snag the rest in plastic.....

are there any that ARE worth more than a few dollars (slabbed)?
