This is in an NGC PF68 holder with a W designation and I think I'll show it to them at a show for a replacement.

    Highly likely. Unfortunately, it is a common problem on these if they have not been dipped for surface stabilization prior to holdering.

    Please let us know if NGC does anything with it or not. The only time I sent something in for grade review they said they were happy with the current grade.
