I have no idea about a grade. I'm way to new at this game to even venture a guess. Im thinking of taking it out of the wrapper to get a better look.
maby then I'll be able to see that it is a 69 dcam

Looks good so far. Doesn't appear to have any milk spots, which is one of the big problems on these. The other big problem is obverse hairlining, which is impossible to determine from an image. Check carefully for them after you remove it from the celo. If it's hairline free, it's an excellent score for $10.
