1964 & 1964D Kennedy Business Strike AH Reverse

I was looking at the Kennedy Half Dollar Master Checklist and noticed that they made 1960 & 1964D business strike Kennedy Half with the Transitional or Accented Hair Reverse. (Normal Obverse)
In examining my own collection, I find that I have a normal 1964 with both Obverse and Reverse Type-2. But the 1964D has Type-2 Obverse and Type-1 (Accented Hair) Reverse. I knew they made the Type-1 Obverse & Reverse (Accented Hair) in the Proof issues but this is news to me.

Is either type any more scarce than the other?

Are you talking about the reverse where the stars break the lines?

If so, I have seen a few. I might have one or two in an unc set.

The transitional variety is actually more scarce than the Accented Hair itself, but there isn't much interest in it so it brings very little premium.

Wiles suspected several million minted with the straight G reverse. Not rare, but neat.

Russ, are you talking about business strikes or Proofs?

Lanlord, yes, that's what I'm talking about.

Proofs. Haven't really paid any attention to the business strikes because they're pretty common.
