  I don't see a mark on the jaw?
  
  Looks like a milk spot between the O and the D. It wouldn't affect the grade so much as the eye appeal. Even then, I don't think it's that awful.

  Collector since 1976. On the CU forums here since 2001.

  Yes, it's a planchet problem and no, it usually won't hurt the grade.
  
  This one is not worth submitting, though. There is no ROI unless these grade PR69DCAM.
