I am looking to buy the 1999-P PCGS MS-67 New Jersey State Quarter. What are they currently going for, and what is the most I should pay (reasonably)? Thanks.

Last couple I saw sold for around $200. One on eBay was listed with a starting price of $230 and closed without a single bid just a couple of days ago. Hope this helps

The last four that sold on Teletrade were for $220 (December), two of them at $230 (November) and $260 (October). Prior to that there were about 6 more in 2001, ranging from $260 in april to $550 in august, with the average around $450 or so - - - the price has dropped!

All those prices are the sale price so the buyer paid more and the seller received less.
