But in your description you are saying that SEGS agrees that it is AT. My question is, do they slab AT'd coins WITHOUT noting that they are AT? (i realize all the services will do this occaisionally, but as a rule you can trust PCGS and NGC, is it the same with ICG or SEGS?)
Ive seen a few slip by in ICG...but about 80-90% are NT IMO. SEGS...I would have only use your own judgement...if theres anydoubt in your mind...its probably AT.
