Oregon Island Reflection Error

Hi, I have a $25 mint bag of Oregon quarters that I opened recently. A number of them have this "island reflection" on them. I've seen a couple of these on ebay for cheap prices. Do you think PCGS would certify this as an error? thanks.

Probably not. But could you post a picture or more of a description of what the error is?

I don't have a scanner or a decent camera. There are a couple on ebay right now. Search for: Oregon error.

A couple of the ones I got have a more dramatic reflection than that one. But there are a couple that look like that also.
