Yeah - that scares me too. I hope it's shadows and not corrosion. I haven't got it in hand yet, but I may not own it long image

Looks to be a 55-58 but PCGS probably called it a 62-63.

Nice looking coin. What's going on with the denticles? Could this be a late die state and the die is eroding?

I assume that since it's in a slab (and not an ANACS slab) that the rim is not corroded (just poorly struck); thus MS63BN.

    PCGS MS63 BN

I'm hoping Bill Jones, Coinguy1 or Coppercoins will chime in on the 6-9 o'clock obverse issue - weak strike or corrosionimage

    I would have guessed Ms-63bn.

I don't feel as if I can get a very good look at the coin from the images.

However, I don't detect any corrosion and, despite it appearing to be a bit lackluster, I don't see anything to keep the coin from grading MS63BN, or even higher.

    Thank you sir.

This is an upgrade for an AU-58 Booby head I have. I'll probably have it in hand Monday.

Then denticles look weak but the area next to the rim between the two stars at 7-8 o'clock looks a little funky, but I thinks it's just shadowing in the picture.

    Thanks
