Just Got Off The Phone With PayPal; Confirmed/Unconfirmed Address Problem

Won a coin tonight and my Paypal receipt said my address was unconfirmed. Called PayPal. They are aware of the problem and was supposed to be fixed last night. Now scheduled to be fixed Saturday. Mentioned to this person that customers should have been notified via email or post something on their website. To get around this do not pay for items through eBay. Go to PayPal website and "Send" payment using the "Goods; Other" method of payment. This should show addresses as confirmed. I can understand the buyers of my Sunday Auctions being pissed like I am right now. We all want our coins as quickly as possible and this has held up alot of shipments. Not Good, Not Good at all! 0

Not everyone was effect by this issue so it was hard to detect who and who
was not effect by this."
So.....since not 'everyone' was affected by the issue, they figured they just wouldn't tell anyone at all. LOL. VAMs summed it up rather well, I'd say. Paypal=eBay. Enough Said.
