  i dont have access to pcgs either.... but one thing to give a ROUGH estimate is check out NGC's site..... that's the easy way
  
  otherwise.... dont know if this is legal.... but go to heritage and look up past auctions of that coin in MS grades. somewhere in the description it will have PCGS and NGC pops at that grade, total, and higher

  Darkmane... Using Heritage auction archives is by far the fastest way to get to combined pop on a coin. The only drawback is that you don't get the breakdown in individual grades above the one of interest. The pop listed is the current (up to date) pop, not the pop at the time of sale. It must be in a database somewhere at Heritage and the page brings it when the item is selected. I was actually hoping when I found this that the pop listed would be the population on the date of that sale, but it appears to be the current population.
