  You have to have an account set-up.
  
  Then just log in and click on the "Track Orders" link

  Thanks for the quick help. FYI, I placed my order over the phone since the website was so slow. I never "created an account" so to speak, just gave them my name, address and credit card info. The tracking page just asked for my last name and the order #. Worked fine for me with no setup. Thanks
