I got the same error message from their web page. I just kept hitting the Submit Order Order button until it finally let me in.

My order is now in. Showed in stock for availability, so I hope for a quick ship/delivery. Then turn all the MS68s over to the plastic gods.

10:08AM - forgot about today until I saw this thread - doh! Anyway, took me about 15 - 20 tries on the speed dial - but I just got through. No harm no foul.

You can also use option 0 (zero) when dialing. Option 2 didn't work but zero put me on hold and I ordered, so i'm done. Waiting for a sell out !!
