Nice double die gouge....I need some help finding the VAM #

You can see the puppy without magnification. It's one of those that make you say, how did I miss that? It's a 82 Philly with a double ribbon running through her cap. Anyone seen this before? It's so long I had to take 2 pictures of it.....

He did send it in, and it was called VAM 48. You'd be surprised how often someone beats someone else to a new discovery by just a few weeks.
