You have to ask yourself if you like the eye appeal, I think. Personally I don't care for this type of toning, but that's in the eyes of the buyer where the hammer price is concerned. I see no reason to doubt the grade...but the pictures are small enough that I don't see enough to justify it, either.
And don't forget that there's a 20% buyer's premium through eBay. I think it's "only" 15% direct through Heritage.

While I truly hate that kind of toning, I wouldn't dip it.
I'd leave it as-is and sell it for moon money to somebody who DID like that kind of toning.
(And some people do.)
