This is pretty much a "back to normal" submission. A couple ups, a couple downs but overall pretty much what I expected. Some of the coins:
Line #1:
The surface preservation on this coin is much, much better than the grade of MS64. However, this was bodybagged the first time through, so I think it got hammered because the graders were a little skittish about the color.
Line #2:
Pleasant surprise on that one going PR68CAM as I had it going PR67CAM.
Line #3 is a liner cameo, so I'm not surprised it didn't make the designation.
Line #4:
I had this one going PR66CAM, so the PR67CAM PCGS graded it is a nice surprise. I think it got a little bump because it has extra nice mirrors, and an extra helping of frost. Strong for a cameo example.
Line #5 is right on at PR66CAM.
Line #6:
I had this one going PR65CAM, and PCGS graded it PR66 no cam. It's the only real head scratcher on this submission because it isn't a liner - it's well above baseline for the designation.

Russ, I personally haven't had 1 originally toned coin that I graded 65, 66 and in one case a lock 67 (a consensus among many knowledgeable collectors/dealers) come back above a 64 in the last couple months.
I've seen a bunch of AT coins, though, get slabbed as 66 and higher. How ironic

I wish, that when posting grading results, more posters would include images and commentary, as Russ has done here.
If one posts only grades, without accompanying images and comments (and/or requests for feedback), it's usually pretty much pointless/useless.
On #1: who cares what the grade is.. that is a monster coin in a PCGS holder

My WLH Short Set Registry Collection
I just got my 3/10/05 economy submission back from accross the street on my gold and walkers. The grades are so strikingly conservative that I am going to use them as a grading set and carry them with me. If a dealer gives me some puffy grade on their coins at Long Beach--these are coming out.
Might be time for the non dealers to let the TPG's get caught up and get their turnaround time back to normal.
I cannot help but wonder if a few of my widgets had been sent in with nicer coins by a big dealer
