ACG lawsuit

Well since K6AZ failed to return my message, I'm left wondering what happened with the ACG lawsuit. If someone could please give me a PM, it'd be appreciated. Thanks

Sorry, but I do not answer vague questions about the ACG business from people I don't know. Everything fit for public consumption can be seen by visiting the two links in my sig line.

Yeah, because you might be a spy or something!
I heard they were making a French version of Medal of Honor. I wonder how many hotkeys it'll have for "surrender."

As someone who has spent thousands of dollars defending against these A-holes, please don't think this whole thing is a joke. It's not. Although the defendant's position is ludicrous, the lawsuits are as serious as a heart attack.

Perhaps not. But if you knew the crap Eric's been through, maybe you'd be a tad leery also.

Jcarney, Eric sent me a PM and I edited my post out of politeness. I'm glad you have balls, and I'm sure your wife is too. Cheers.

I am very aware of how serious a lawsuite can be.

No kidding! Last time I walked into a lawsuite, the receptionist offered me a cup of coffee. At the end of the month, I got their bill, which included $30 for twenty minutes of the receptionist's time, $40 for the coffee, and another $15 for allocated dishwasher expenses. image

I went to the link. I didn't understand any of it. I read that it was dismissed. I don't knwo what that means.

I watch Judge Judy and this other judge Brown after every case, including a case about a girls mother sueing a man because her girl got threatened by a gun from another man, who also gave her alcohal and cigarettes. At the end, the judge said "Case is dismissed". That's it. The judge didn't say who won, who gets the money, or anything. Just that it was dismissed.

In this case the judge found the case to be without merit and tossed it.

Ok, in cases like this, get off the computer and go read.
    Pay attention in class.

"Case Dismissed" roughly translates to "The Defendant Won."

"Defendant" roughly translates to "Man or Woman or Organization that is being sued"

"Sued" is the past tense of "Sue" (which is a verb, not the girls name)

"verb" is a word that denotes action

"Sue" is when someone brings legal action against another.

    "denotes" means "means"

I have never heard of a firearm that both threatens people and gives them alcohol and cigarettes. The owner of the gun make want to take special precautions to ensure that it does not leave the house on it's own.
