Does this upset others as much as it upsets me?

I reported this auction to Overstock. I hate it when people use PCGS prices, especially in the title when it is obviously not MS66, or graded by PCGS. Should I have just minded my own business? I'm not even sure if this is a violation of Overstock's policy.

<< <i>I'm not a coin grader but for sure this one grade somewhere between MS 60 to 67. >>

As do about 99+% of all MS Roosevelts...

  • Wow that's ironic, most coins I purchase are between MS60 - MS67 What are the odds?

CyStater: This happens all the time and that's probably why the replies so far have been a little sarcastic. For many auctions it is 'buyer beware' and the best defense is to get a coin education before you bid. We could probably site 100 examples of this kind of thing happening right now at various auction sites. You are right to report the listing just don't expect big results. The local possee here tends to get worked up when large dollar amounts are involded but usually not on $10 coins. I appreciate your concern and keep it up!
