Not only is the coin 64, it is SO 64 that if it were assigned any other grade, life on earth as we know it would cease

I'd like to add that my "64/65" was based on the fact that since it's a CC it might get the 1 point bump.

I think we all seem to agree. I say PCGS 64. A better chance for 65 than 63.

WRONG BOYS___
1980-86 "Choice Gem 65"
1987 NGC MS-62
1988- PCGS MS-63
1989- PCGS MS-64
2004- PCGS 63, PCGS N.G. "questionable color", December-- PCGS MS-64
2005- NGC MS-64* / PCI MS67
The date of a coin is very important to it's grade, not the CC stuff!!!

I agree, the marks on the obverse, make me think MS-64 all the way. The spot bothers me. Anyway, here's the holder. The halogen lights do exaggerate the scuff marks some, but they're still there.

There you have your CC bump. If that is an 84 or 84-O, it would get 64 every time.
