It used to be that to have the oldest submission on Marty's page, you'd have to be back about three months. Mine is less than a month and a half! Of course, it probably got moved to the rear after the thread I posted.

That's okay Russ, I just sent in one submission with another one going tomorrow. That means the turnaround time should quickly go back to 80 days.

I have ONE coin sent in for a grade guarantee (cost=$25 that was charged almost 2 months ago) and was "received" and entered into the system 3/24/05 that STILL isn't done.
Each week, someone from customer "service", either in email or on the phone, has said "it is showing it is in the final review and you should have your result in the next day or two".

That was 3 weeks ago, or 4, I forget, last week, and this week (twice).

So, unless yours was in prior to 3/24/05, then I still have you beat (just didn't put it on the page because it is only a grade guarantee.

I'm in the same boat as Bochiman. I submitted a coin for review under the grading guarantee that was received on 3/7, still waiting for any type of response from PCGS despite 4 phone calls to Customer Service. The other four submissions in the same shipment (express to economy) have all been completed for weeks now.
