eBay usually doesn't NARU for image theft unless they've had multiple offenses. They just end the auction. One idiot stole my text word for word recently. They ended his auction, and the next week he relisted changing about six words.

I asked him a question and of course complimented him on the picture. I asked him why he didn't disclose that the coin was slabbed--as the PCGS slab is clearly seen in the pic---and asked him if he cared to say anything more about his picture taking skills

Why wouldn't he be NARU'D?---A)not only is he a thief but B)he isn't in possession of what he is selling. Clearly this auction is an attempt to defraud a bidder.

eBay nuked the auction - less than 24 hours after I reported it.

Let's see. Seller with only 18 feedback doing little previous volume and eBay jumps right on it. Yet, somebody like the Savannah Scammer just keeps on trucking. Anything seem amiss here?
