Here we go again. Time for some more emails. This cancer must be killed once and for all!!!!!!!
"Lenin is certainly right. There is no subtler or more severe means of overturning the existing basis of society(destroy capitalism) than to debauch the currency. The process engages all the hidden forces of economic law on the side of destruction, and it does it in a manner which not one man in a million is able to diagnose." John Marnard Keynes, The Economic Consequences of the Peace, 1920, page 235ff
So, when ebay does a NARU, is the NARU applied to the ebay ID, or the actual account holder? Does ebay figure it's punishment enough to nuke someone's ID, and it's OK to come back under another ebay ID?
New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.
The reality is that eBay is incahoots with this fradulent seller. And for good reason.... GREED.
Between listing fees, final value fees, and Paypal fees (eBay owns Paypal), ebay takes about 10% of every sale. It has been estimated that she does some $1-5 million in total sales per year. If you were eBay, would kill that cash cow?
No, eBay won't stop her from doing business. Not until they are held legally liable, which, as I understand, can't happen.
Similar problems exist at yahoo auctions as well. I reported a zero feedback seller three times yesterday for copying and listing auctions verbatim, including photos. I even e-mailed the sellers whose legitimate auctions were copied and they too filed complaints with Yahoo. Yahoo does nothing. Auctions are still active. GREED.

Looks all good to me.....
<< <i>I don't think anything can be done if she follows ebays rules. >>
It is a violation of eBay rules to register another account and attempt to do business after being NARUed.

For anyone unfamiliar, seach "Savannah" and you'll understand.
Time to put on vampire hunting attire and send emails to Bill Cobb at ebay. billcobb@ebay.com
