61 golden press question

in PSA Set Registry Forum
when submitting these for grading, do you cut along the perforations of the book OR leave a border around the perforations? what is the best way to do these and keep the cards as MINT?

    I believe you cut along the perforations.

    You might want to ask PSA before you do anything. Sometimes cards that are preforated must be removed that way. If you cut them out they won't be graded by PSA. I'd make sure before doing anything.
