What you have appears to be eject doubling, where the coin sticks on the die while being ejected, and the force causes the edges of the digits to ripple upward a bit. The doubling on the coin on my site has separation lines on top of the 60 of the date, and I don't see that on your coin.
Yup, very sharp - the effect of the recess of the die scooping metal upward as the coin leaves the die. If you have the chance to look at one with greater than 30 power you will see small lines running straight up the slope of the scooped out areas...another sign of what happened.
