Is this 1941 worth grading/slabbing? Is that doubling on the IBUS?
And the toned 5 Francs... My grandfather gave me this coin. It is from my great grandfather's collection. It is my favorite toned coin, but I think its mainly because of how I got it rather than just its looks

Although I don't see any wear on the Jefferson nickel, it somehow looks circulated. Even if it is mint state, it's absolutely not worth slabbing.
I don't know anything about French coinage, but I'll admit I love that 5 Franc piece.
