Does the old grade influence the outcome in any way?

    I think HRH answered this in the Q+A, that they do not cover the grade on a crossover...

    However, for regrades, they do crack it out for grading...

    They said they cover the grade. But I believe that at the best services the graders will put the bias behind them and grade the coin on its own merits according to the standards of the company.
