1956 Frankie Type 1 ?? need you opinion

I just bought a few proof sets and this is what I found inside. Im think it is type 1 . But I know you guys can tell me for sure. Is it worth grading, I would say it is a pr66 maybe 67.... very slight cameo but probably wouldnt grade cameo.

Only worth a little more than typs twos,check the pops.
Just made 4 of them and made about 5 % on them when the smoke cleared.

Normally, the Type 1's do not have much detail in the feathers near the legs. This coin appears to be that way as well, but possibly it is not fully struck.
