I'm the Proud recipient of a genuine "you suck" award dated 1/24/05. I was accepted into the "Circle of Trust" on 3/9/09.

Someone apparently got NARU'd shortly after the auction ended?

Another thought: If a high bidder gets NARU'd, are their high bids cancelled automatically?

Yes, if you're kicked off of eBay your bids are canceled.
This one's strange as the auction is not over yet the unregistered user is the high bidder.

What's even stranger is seeing a 1964-D PCGS MS-65 Kennedy bid up to $66.

I wonder if that's Superiors' reserve bid?

What's even weirder is the high bidder has 100% on feedback...last purchase was in March....

    Very odd....

No secret here. Ebay does not cancel bids after a member has been NARU'ed.

    Here's another example

This bidder was NARU'ed on April 8th. How do I know? Because he's a scammer passing bad paper and we got caught in it. Read down his feedback a few lines and you'll see the problem noted.

I had eBay send me an email yesterday saying a bid was canceled, by eBay, on one of my current auctions as the bidder was no longer registered.
Here's my example, from yesterday. Notice the "Administration Cancelation"
