PCGS price guide has the value at $1750.00. I would have to say the price is on the steep side.

If its really a 70 then it might be close to that but more like around 12-1500. However NGC can be a little more liberal on 70s than PCGS so if its a PCGS 69 than its more like 200 or so.

No, if it was in a PCGS slab then maybe (personally, I'd always buy the MS69 for less than a tenth of that price).
