For the 3rd or 4th and final time, I've completed my 1975 Topps Set

With the addition of a #77 Richie Zisk PSA-8, I've managed to finish the 1975 Topps Set. Again.

If memory serves me correctly, I first completed the set about two years ago with an 8.25 GPA. After trading out 8's from my set to the Duke of Mint to complete his set for 9s I needed, my set was eventually completed a second time at or near the 8.50 level. Later, a few cards from my set went to help mcastaldi finish his set (took awhile to replace that #601 Juan Beniquez).

The acquisition of the PSA-9/10 lot in last year's Superior Auction launched my GPA into the stratusphere (i.e over 9.0) for a short time only to come back to earth after the sale of several PSA-10s to Dick Ferse. With a current GPA of 9.20 out of a possible 9.36, what an incredible set you have (Kurt's 75 Topps)!

Over time I'd like to upgrade the remaining commons in my set from 8 to 9 as well as add value to my collection where possible by picking up an occasional star, team card, rookie or Reds PSA-10.

Otherwise, the set is complete.

Someone smarter than I once said the fun part is not getting to your destination, its the sites you see and the people you meet along the way. I can't think of a more appropriate way to say thanks to all of you who played a role in the completion of my 1975 Topps Baseball Set. Again.
