Need Info on a Medal

Going though coins not looked at in years I found two of the National Bicentennial Medals. The document with them does not state which one this is and explains that there are 3 of these types made. One is pure gold, one is 1 1/2" diameter gold plated and the third is stated as bronze and silver. Mine are 1 1/2" in diameter, look like proofs, are gold in color, covered in plastic, in the original box which is black inside and out. For sure they are not the solid gold because I'm to cheap to ever have spent that much money on anything. There is no size description on the bronze and silver medal. There is no explanation of what the gold plated one is made of under the gold plating either. I've attached photos I hope because I'm really still having problems with adding photos.
