Do crossover submissions qualify for a Presidential Review?

If not, why not?
I decided to change calling the bathroom the John and renamed it the Jim. I feel so much better saying I went to the Jim this morning.

    Yes...For $20 I'll look at anything!

    Actually, the Presidential Review is a service we provide to our customers to help them understand our grading. We are definitely not making money by having yours truly spend his time looking at coins and writing notes about them for $20 a pop...but we feel it gives you valuable feedback and that's why we provide the service.
