I don't think so. The bidder has apparently won several items. A lot of sellers have repeat customers; that makes sense, since (a) buyers may feel more comfortable buying from people they've already gained trust in, and (b) some sellers have a lot of the same type of material that collectors in a particular segment of the market are buying.

Jerry is a regular buyer from Marty, both on eBay and off. Marty sells a lot of his "not quite" proof sets to Jerry, who in turn lists them on eBay.

There is absolutely NO WAY that any shill bidding is going on here. For one, the seller in question doesn't need anyone to shill for him. His coins are all top notch, desirable and he's not a "wanna be". Of course I do understand that he really sucks.......

Jerry never seems to win any auctions. His first 3 pages of feedback are from buyers. I am not wasting my time to look farther.

You have confused shill bids with one of our major nation past-times here, ie. trying to rip off Marty, getting an upgrade, and then posting it here showing the obsene profits you got, instead of Marty!!

You mean like the 1964 proof set I sniped away from him for $41, getting the half graded PF69UCAM and selling it for $925?

I can find nothing wrong here.

I am willing to concede this matter. But I must point out for the record two facts before I retire this thread completely Glenn. And those two facts are. 1. Those feedbacks your web page shows are dated Feb of 2004. That is over a year ago. Fact 2. Jerryyo has bid 45 times on auctions from the same person in the last thirty days. That is very unusual, although not conclusive I will admit.
