Nothing to be sorry about. It's interesting that the buyer took a look at it and returned it. He should have contacted PCGS to get it off the market.

Teletrade has no incentive (other than to build its integrity) to pull the coin - they are only selling the coin for the consignor. On the other hand, if Teletrade owns the coin, they ought to send it to PCGS under the terms of the grading guarantee.
