coin shops in Charleston, WV

Any coin shops in this area? I'll be heading up there tomorrow on a day trip.

    Kanawaha Coin Shop Owned by Doug Baumgarner. Great guy who I dealt with 20+ years ago.

    only one, Kanawha Coin Shop They really don't have a lot out to look at. Doug does most of his business via bid boards and auctions. It's a little hard to find but its on Fife Street off of Capitol street. If you park on Capitol near the library you can walk up to Fife and down to the shop.

    I'm not sure what your looking for or how long your wanting to drive but I'd recommend Dave Hills in Barboursville for more selection. It's another half an hour from Charleston towards Huntington on 64. Off the Barbourville exit and right, located by Tudors Biscuit World.

    Overall there's not much here.

    I know of one in Morgantown if you ever head that way.

    New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.
