I don't know how many went to Rip-off report.com and read about pjd1966. But this outraged (and outrageous) reply from Ms. Donnelly on a message board somewhere is fine stuff.

Can you explain what venue she is using now where these negs are coming from? Since she gets respect on ebay, does this mean this is on another auction site? I get the part about the ripoff-report site, but where is she selling? Or is she back on ebay?

I find it humorous that she threatened numismagician with a lawsuit for exposing her fraud, after he all but cheered Hager and ACG on for suing me. Wonder how he feels to be on the other end of the stick.

I posted that same rant in the long thread regarding her a couple of weeks ago. I think she actually posted that originally on cointalk.org.

She was still on eBay at the time that tirade was posted and she was still feeling her oats. Those days are done, at least till her eBay suspension is over.

A class action suit or some big time bad publicity that reflects on eBay is the only thing that is going to stop her for good. She and her husband belong behind bars and owe a lot of restitution.

I wasn't aware of that. That's good news.

Still, we must be ever vigilant. She will stop at nothing and I expect her to come back under another name again as she already tried to do once.

They apparently have a few old accounts just lying in wait.

I don't mean to try and change the subject and I did do a search for this person and I'm surprised she's not been arrested.

But I finally took a look at ebay tonight in gold and was shocked at seeing medalions with a "seal of the USA" on them, which are obvious scams, from china.

How the heck is this crap allowed to continue???? Why hasn't a lawyer somewhere sued EBAY for it's involvement in this? If a coin shop owner had this crap in his shop, surely the local police would come and kick his doors in. So why does ebay continue to get away with allowing this to continue?

Anyone?

Also, regarding the removal of feedback within an hour, I myself would like an explanation. Like quite a few of us here, I too am a Silver Power Seller and unless you blatantly broke a specific rule in the way you left feedback that could be immediately

seen by eBay (and I have serious doubt you did) there is NO WAY she or anyone else will have negative feedback removed that fast.

Well, believe it or not, she did have the power to remove negative feedback within minutes. I have heard the same such stories on other coin forums and eBay's own forum too many times to not believe it was going on.

EBay themselves removed references to her on their forums within minutes as well.

The clear fact is that eBay protected her for years untill the burden became too great. I did read of eBay stockholders finally getting involved with this mess at the end. Finally, the Donelly's became to much of an albatross around eBay's neck that the profit was not worth the headaches and the possiblity of lawsuits and bad publicity.

Nothing like bad pub on a national level to drive down a stock price..........

I posted the reply on the Ripoff Report site. It was the quoted post that she had posted to Coin Talk. She is now on Overstock.com with the same ID (pjd1966). I have emailed Joe Peterson and submitted reports on her as a seller and on her proof replica auction (which is now bid up to $52). I also emailed the high bidders on those auctions. I also emailed her through the Overstock contact user link. No response yet.

Just wanted to clear that up. Pamela Donnelly is too much of a coward to actually try to refute any of the accusations made against her. Also, she doesn't have a lick of truth on her side, so she would just be wasting her breath.

The thread is gone. It was pulled about 3-4 hours after she posted. She never returned to reply to any of the responses, though. I believe she made this post a little less than a week before her pjd1966 ID was NARU'd. She must have seen the writing on the wall and got scared.

If you're using Internet Explorer, go here:

Tools>Internet Options

Click on the Privacy tab. Click on the advanced box. Set it to accept first party cookies, block third party cookies, and always allow session cookies. That should stop most of the add driven tracking cookies.

I wonder if ebay will go back and remove the negs she left over the years. It would be the right thing to do.

Ebay will not remove the negs. When we first started selling, some crazy kid was buying and negging every seller they dealt with. Within 2 weeks of the bogus neg he left us, he was NARU'd. This was over 2 years ago and it's the only neg we have ever received. We attempted to get eBay to remove it, but no go. There is an ongoing battle with eBay to remove negs left by NARU'd users....and it will continue for a long time yet before something is done about it.
